第一种感觉:Clean, Spacious, Warm Welcome.The menu to choose the type of noodle and ingredients, they have one side in Chinese and one in English. Noodle mainly serves with Japanese pork, you can have add-on vegetables and different soup base. Simple to choose as there aren't that many choice. All bar tables, there is one or two 4/6 seats near to the exit. Over all it is very spacious. 服务态度: Very friendly, the waitress explained to us how to order. She offered to help as we were confused. 环境: Relaxing

It's open kitchen so you can see the chef preparing your dish, the style is very Japanese indeed.
食物[Food]: Nice in general. The soup is definitely the highlight and the ingredients are fresh.They serve soft drink in its bottle, much better than cans.
Pork is tender, full of favor, you can taste the pepper which is very nice indeed.

份量[Size]: Fair amount for starter
Dumplings with cheese, the cheese melt into the dumplings. It is an interesting way to eat dumplings, however, it loses the dumpling favor itself, The cheese is rich that you can't really feel like eating dumplings.
外表[Look]: It looks like a mess. Not sure if I like to see the dumplings this way.味道[Taste]: OK, may try one without the cheese next time
份量[Size]: Too many
The spicy one is the one with additional spicy oil on top.
外表[Look]: Look exactly what a Japanese noodle would look. Perfect.味道[Taste]: The egg is the best part and the soup base is delicious
份量[Size]: Just about right
Honestly, I can't taste the garlic at all. I was confused and not sure why it is dark. Then I read the magazine on the wall to find that supposed to be the sauce from garlic. hmmm… not quite the same as it described in the magazine.
外表[Look]: OK味道[Taste]: I would prefer the spicy one instead, the soup is good.
