WM Café and Bar was the pit stop where my friend and I had our lunch mid-way through our cycling trip along Tai Po Waterfront. I ordered the fettuccini carbonara while my friend ordered the scallop spaghetti with white wine cream sauce. The carbonara was creamy and lightly salted and was really tasty. The dish was slightly different form what I normally had. The smell and taste of the wine really gave it a very unique and pleasant twist. The taste of the alcohol is just about right so there is little to be worried about even if you are not a big fan of wine.
There is little restaurant around the vicinity especially near the area of the Science Park so it is always a good option to drop by WM for a meal or even some desserts!
