Sheung Wan is definitely a competitive neighbourhood for Cafes. Good food and coffee are essential to ensure their survival. When I first entered the cafe, I felt like I was enjoying my little break in Paris since I saw the Eiffel Tower theme.
My friend and I were too hungry and we were ready to fulfill our bellies haha! We ordered the smoked salmon salad $108 before heading to the main dish.
The smoked salmon salad consisted of a beautiful smoked salmon rose which placed on the middle of the salad and also filled with soft boiled egg x fried fresh fruits x mix-nuts x parmesan cheese and poured with homemade honey mustard sauce. The dried pineapples were crispier and able to add some subtle dimensions of flavour which differentiated from the ordinary salad.
We also tried their new item- Australian prawn pasta with zucchini x mixed mushroom x radish x homemade Snow White cream sauce $138. It brought out a fragrant smell and rich flavour of the creamy sauce. The chef surely gave their best to lift up our tastebuds!
Furthermore, you can just +$15 for having chocolate or matcha brownie (original price was $22) to the set. I strongly recommend the chocolate chips brownie. IT WAS SO YUM! The matcha brownie was too sweet and lack of the matcha taste.
A coffee a day, keep the stress away! They have a huge selection of speciality latte or coffee. I was so addicted when I first drank the roasted almond latte $38 (which was one of their signature). It has a nice nutty flavour. The latte art was awesome with a beautiful swan on it. I also ordered their Handmade Japanese Matcha Latte (served with Okinawa black sugar) $68. It wasn't a strong matcha flavour and wasn't too bitter as well.
Overall, I had spent a great evening with my friend. I would definitely be back ✔️张贴
