🥘Nice Curry in Town!.平时印度餐厅食咖喱就多，但烤三文鱼就少见（对我嚟讲）Curry might be everywhere at Indian restaurants, but grilled salmons are nearly unheard of! (For me).二人餐A（$388）1️⃣杂菜咖喱角Samosa佢个咖喱角仲配埋薄脆同薄荷汁、甜酸汁。初初以为红色好辣，点知薄荷汁仲辣过佢🤣整体系脆嘅开胃嘅！The samosa comes with peppermint sauce and sweet and sour sauce. I thought the red one was spicy af but turns out it was milder than peppermint! 二人餐A（$388）
1️⃣杂菜咖喱角Samosa
佢个咖喱角仲配埋薄脆同薄荷汁、甜酸汁。初初以为红色好辣，点知薄荷汁仲辣过佢🤣整体系脆嘅开胃嘅！The samosa comes with peppermint sauce and sweet and sour sauce. I thought the red one was spicy af but turns out it was milder than peppermint! A crispy and appetising meal opener!

2️⃣烤三文鱼Grilled Salmon
通常铁板嘅印度嘢食喺我印象系鸡羊等等，我自己好少见有三文鱼！啲肉仲有肉汁，个皮烤得好香脆，配埋蒜头食就更香口！Indian sizzling dishes usually are tandoori chicken or lamb, but salmon was really rare for me! The meat was juicy and the skin was crispy, and it even tasted better with garlic piece, yum!

3️⃣印式烩茄子Daal Makhani
初初以为系矮瓜，点知原来系印度嘅一种植物！入面仲有扁豆一齐煮成嘅酱。个人觉得几特别，还好！I thought it was eggplant by looking at the Chinese menu, but it was actually an Indian plant🤣hyacinth bean were cooked together as a sauce and I found it moderate.

4️⃣椰汁咖喱鸡及蒜茸烤饼Chicken Madras and Naan
高质鸡，肉好嫩、咖喱亦都好入味，唔算太辣，配埋绝配薄饼好味😋Quality chicken with tendered texture and rich yet mild curry sauce is a great companion with naan!

5️⃣芒果乳酪Mango Lassi（$37）
印度餐厅必叫！好浓密乳酪味jeng
A must-have in Indian restaurant! Creamy yogurt yum!

6️⃣特式香料茶Indian Masala Tea（$29）
𠮶种香料嘅味道好特别，好难形容系香港人少饮嘅味道，可以试下
That spice is so special that few Hongkongers have tried. Give it a shot!
