I enjoy having brunch for dinner and I very much like english dishes.My boyfriend was trying to pick up a nice restaurant for dinner with me, and through Openrice, he found BRICKLANE and reserved a table for 7pm.It is a quite convenient place near K11. My boyfriend was trying to pick up a nice restaurant for dinner with me, and through Openrice, he found BRICKLANE and reserved a table for 7pm.
It is a quite convenient place near K11. And, it is at the corner of Minden Avenue. This restaurant is surrounding with many bars and as we dined early at 7pm, there were not much people. It is a small and neat place with very nice environment. Before we went into the restaurant, we first of all looked at the menu that placed outside. One of the servants came out and provided us more detailed info about the set dinner, and he was nice.
Then, we told him that we had reserved a table at 7pm although it was 6:45pm only. We had a seat viewing a Rolls-Royce outside
We read the menu of set dinner and all-day breakfast, and we decided not to have sets.
We ordered two dishes:
(1) Spaghetti with Prawns
There are not much places that provide all-day breakfast together with different kinds of spaghettis. This dish smelled good. And, you can simply tell from the spaghetti, that the cook pan-fried it with lots of butter and added plenty of olive oil. It is not very much special, but still nice.
(2) Egg Benedict with smoked salmon
I love egg benedict so much with english muffin, spinach and smoked salmon. Although it is not served as a hot dish, it is warm and tastes good with all combinations. But if it can lessen the salty taste, it will be perfect!
Enjoying dinner with not much people in the restaurant was very nice with good dishes. I decided to go again in the near future!
