I just LOVE nice soup hot pot that I decided to visit all of the famous ones. Seeing this one have 100 plus good reviews, I m quite confident this will be a good one. We came in there and the best part of this place is the space is spacious and nice - probably also because we were there at 5:00 I didn't take a picture of the menu but they have soups that are only for dinking or soups that are for hotpot. We didn't have the budget for the drinking soup so we went for the hotpot soupThe fish moat

The fish moat chicken soup is very nice and like most hot pot place, they serve a generous amount of fish moat in the soup. Like how I have repeated again and again, you HAVE to drink the soup before putting the food in. The soup taste like how chinese soup should taste like - warming and the taste of the chicken is quite fresh and enriching with the gelatiny texture of the fish moat. However, I do believe the taste of it is less flavourful than the one of 鲜入围煮. For those who like their food to be less strong would prefer the soup here.
The beef is also quite nice as it has a certain thickness and retains the texture and taste of how good beef should taste like.
I also like the decor of the restaurant. But again, as a hot pot fan for strongly flavour of food. I would prefer the other hot pot places for the same price.
