We booked, otherwise we would not have got in.The food, lamb rack and a pig knuckle were absolutely great. Must be cooked to order to some extent as there was quite a delay after ordering (you cannot do a whole pig knuckle in that time though).The only disappointment was the Mustard, it was not mustard it was that stuff the Americans call mustard and put on hot dogs. A sugar syrup truck drove passed a farmers field on the way to the factory and got a few bits of flavour from the air which they d
