Finally, I bought 5 piece of cake.
There are three delicious layers in the middle, the top is chestnuts mousse. In the middle of the cake is creamy chestnut mousse and crispy chocolate with passion fruit mousse. It taste very balace between the choclate and passion fruit mousse. It is not too much sweet or acidity.
Thia is high acidity and little sweet with raspberry taste.
There are more than five layers with raspberry mousse and pound cake.
This is sweet with a strong lemon taste.It is creamy and taste is rich in cheese. There is a good balance sweet with cheese and choloclate taste.
This cake is not that sweet with a strong coco taste.
