My friend and I went to a Japanese restaurant called"Katsuhachi"(胜八铁板串料理) located in 10/F, Circle Tower, 28 Tang Lung Street, Causeway Bay(铜锣湾登龙街28号永光中心10楼) for lunch.There are paintings of Japanese lucky cats, door curtains and lantern with Japanese calligraphies at the entrance of the restaurant.Sashimi,sushi and Japanese cuisines are provided during lunch.All lunch sets with cooked foods are around HKD$100 while these Sashimi rice and combo are below HKD$200.Japanese Miso soup, fresh salad wi

US beef teppanyaki set(美国牛肉铁板定食) HKD$128
The US beef cubes are perfectly cooked with a lovely pinky color inside. The beef is very juicy, tender and succulent yet seared by steaming hot iron planel ( teppanyaki) with nice golden brown surfaces.
Slightly toasted pumpkin and eggplant slices by hot iron panel are served as sides.
I am falling in love with the little cute, adorable tulip shaped Japanese porcelain which contains deep fried garlic slices.
Plain Japanese pearl rice served as carbo of the set.
Assorted Ingredients with Udon noodle served with hotpot set(锅烧乌冬) HKD$88
Shrimp tempera, big clams, enoki mushroom and dried mushroom and a poached egg are served with the al dente Japanese Udon.I love the miso bonito Khumbu soup base(铿鱼/木鱼昆布汤) of the Udon as it is so sweettttttt and full of flavours.
The only thing to complain is that I wish more shrimp temperas are served!!!
The milky, creamy, rich ice cream with red beans inside is served as dessert.
There are numerous Japanese Sakes are provided in this restaurant.
