We woke up with a craving for Vietnamese banh mi. This was not it. SHRIMP AND PORK RICE PAPER ROLLS: Very tasty, good sharing size, very fresh with lots of pickled radish. Came with fish sauce, not the thick peanut sauce summer rolls usually come with. LEMONGRASS CHICKEN BANH MI: Fried chicken super savoury with lots of flavour. Quite a sizeable serving. We woke up with a craving for Vietnamese banh mi. This was not it. SHRIMP AND PORK RICE PAPER ROLLS: Very tasty, good sharing size, very fresh with lots of pickled radish. Came with fish sauce, not the thick peanut sauce summer rolls usually come with. LEMONGRASS CHICKEN BANH MI: Fried chicken super savoury with lots of flavour. Quite a sizeable serving. PORK BANH MI W PATE AND PORK EAR SLICE: We were expecting traditional banh mi with the Vietnamese sliced meats however it was more of a bbq pork pan fried. Also very savoury, lots of mayo. The bread was toasted and crusty, though reheated in an oven and not freshly baked. Service was ok, no English. The food took awhile to come out, approx 25 mins. We won't be coming back as its a mission to get to from central area. Do give it a go, however if you're after the fresh traditional Vietnamese banh mi then this is not the place for you.
