As it named, its noodles would definitely satisfy one desire for real good chinese noodles, well cooked with chewy texture, accompanied with sauteed pork knuckles which is only so-so, with only bits of collagen attached to the huge bony part, stole a glance of my colleagues beef belly, I should have ordered that as well, didn't get a taste of it though.The soup has MSG loaded, yet the noodles are nice enough to be tasted along with the sauce instead of the soup.
