Got introduced that there is a oyster promotion in this restaurant where you can have oysters half priced and selected oysters at $10 each, and came for a visit on a Sunday nightWe attended with 5 persons and ordered a dozen of oysters to try out the quality first Smaller ones on the right hand side are the USA Pacific Rock, originally priced at $36 each, now on promotion $18 each. And as we ordered the normal dinner set, we can add the 6 pieces of Pacific Rock at a further reduction of $10 each

The ones on the left hand side are Fine De Claire , discounted from $56 each to $28 each. Freshness of oysters are guaranteed and are of good quality. All my family members liked the quality and hence we ordered another round
With 6 Fine De Claire and 6 St Vaast. St Vaast are more milky and chewy then Fine De Claire but the freshness of the latter is also more than satisfactory. As we have ordered a dozen oysters in addition to the $10 x 6 special offer Pacific Rocks, we also enjoyed a promotion of a free bottle of white wine
This is the main course of the $297 set dinner, which included salmon tartare toast, soup, main course of foie gras with beef tenderloin (or option of pork chop or salmon), and dessert (they had forgotten to give us the dessert😞) . Foie gras was of large size and the beef tenderloin was cooked to an above standard quality. Nice main course as the two items combined delivered a satisfactory and fulfilling tastebud experience and was highly recommended !
Smoked salmon cream spaghetti, ordered as set dinner of $188: Great sauce , very creamy yet not too greasy. Speghetti was cooked to al dente texture and portion was considered enough.
A la cart lamb ribs at $268. Crispy toppings with well-cooked lamb.
Also ordered one more dish of carbo for the gentsSquid ink seafood risotto. It’s kind of funny that it’s served on a flat plate, amount was a bit too less if you are ordering it as the main for a male. The texture of the risotto could be softer and chewier, a bit more cooking could also help increase the sauce’s thickness. I suspect it was cooked using seafood broth, as the taste was generally nice with hints of freshness within the risotto sauce.
Overall a recommended restaurant for fine dining with family. Per head around $300’s expense, yet it’s worthy especially we got have 5 oysters per person ! Will come again for the oyster offer!
