We decided to visit Strokes as I owe my friends a meal. So here we were today~~ Strokes is a Spacious, exotic place that will definitely catches your attention when you just get up by the escalator~ it’s soooo colourful and looks like a very comfy place to chill out.We ordered the signature Cauliflower pizza, the spaghetti (forgot the name but it’s with carbonara sauce), chicken and waffle, brownies, and the quinoa rice with chicken leg. We ordered the signature Cauliflower pizza, the spaghetti (forgot the name but it’s with carbonara sauce), chicken and waffle, brownies, and the quinoa rice with chicken leg. Most surprising was that the pizza was not made of bread but cauliflower! It’s softer than bread but other than that, it almost tasted like normal pizza . Another thing is that it tasted less heavy and it made us feel less guilty so was the spaghetti, there were some threads of cucumber in the noodles to lighten the dish~~ I like the combination because the dishes are healthier but also surprisingly tasty and creative! The others were fine~ the staff were helping in suggesting dishes to us. Nice place, the golf courses are stunning but unfortunately we didn’t have time to have fun here.. and the cocktails as well... we three were just way too full although we really wanted to try the cocktails! will certainly visit here again for the golf and drinks!!
