NOC is a little gem near the wet market in Central. Perhaps the shop is becoming more popular, the prices for some items have gone up within a 6-month period. I ordered the same stuff as before: double-shot cap and a black pepper ham sandwich. The sandwich used to be $20 cheaper but they did change from white bread to ciabatta. The cappuccino was soft, creamy, and smooth with just the right touch of milk. The aroma was nice and strong. However, the foam wasn't "liquid" enough for my preference b

Sandwich was pretty tasty. Really liked the black pepper ham which wasn't salty at all unlike other kinds I've had before. The greens and tomatoes were quite fresh. Amazing sandwich? no. The coffee was way better.
Seating is limited... it can be a challenge to find a table with so many people working on their laptops.
