大灰熊廚房 (裝修中)

Tried a few things on the menu and my favourite was the 西湖牛肉羹 which was essentially a thick soup with beef and egg in it. This dish took me by surprise as it looked clear, but it was very flavourful. Pieces of beef inside the soup added to the layer of flavouring and the taste was a deep and rich soup base. Also tried their sweet and sour pork which was crispy on the outside and tender on the inside. Recommend!
