The English name of this cafe is “Cafe Merry Go Around”, sounds fancy. The cafe (or bar) is located at the top of the building, so the scenery is quite good. Yet inside the bar, not much elements related to “Merry Go Around”. Cozy? Yes. Romantic? Upscale? Maybe not. While the price is reasonable, food is okay but limited choices. The seats and table are quite low, it may not be very comfortable. You may sit against the window, or outdoor, I think that’s the selling points.
