Today I dined out with my husband and went to "Harlan's Bar and Restaurant” which is located on the 19th floor of The ONE in Tsim Sha Tsui. They offered a semi-buffet option with a variety of dishes and of course we loved it👍We started with enjoying the smoked salmon, salad and desserts. The main courses we chose included pan-fried halibut with yuzu and avocado, served with cous cous salad. The halibut was tender and juicy, and the yuzu and avocado added a refreshing and tangy taste😋 The Boston lobster tail with spicy seafood pesto was my husband’s choice which was accompanied by spicy fried rice cakes for an additional HK$80. The flesh of lobster tail was incredibly succulent, exceptionally fresh, and incredibly delicious.It was rich in seafood flavors too ❤️
In addition, we also enjoyed a hot chamomile tea and a chilled chocolate drink, which provided a perfect ending to the meal.
