Went to Sheung Wan to dine with a friend tonight. We went to a restaurant near PMQ. This restaurant has a nice environment and the inside is cosy. The menu has a variety of food to choose from. I have ordered a grilled salmon fillet, and my friend has chosen the lamb rack. We have also ordered a glass of wine and fresh grapefruit juice to drink.The grapefruit juice is very refreshing, and the sweetness is moderate.The salmon fillet is topped with caper, saffron and cream sauce, served with veget

The pan-fried salmon fillet has a hint of lemon pepper and salt, the seasoning enhances the overall flavour. However, it might have overcooked a bit as the meat is not tender enough.
The grilled half lamb rack is served with vegetables and potatoes.
For desserts, we have ordered the creme brulee and a bowl of yoghurt. The Greek yoghurt is very delicious, it is topped with muesli and honey.
The creme brulee has a fairy crispy top, the texture of the custard inside is thick and creamy.
