My family and I stumbled upon this place when meeting with some friends who were staying at the Kerry Hotel. It's a kiosk located in a new, upscale food court attached to the hotel and has many other food kiosks. We made our rounds and settled on the Indian food kiosk. It's a neat concept: youdownload an app and order all of your food through the app. Because the dishes were all around $40-70, we chose a bunch to try. The way I would describe the dishes is something like an innovative take on
download an app and order all of your food through the app. Because the dishes were all around $40-70, we chose a bunch to try. The way I would
describe the dishes is something like an innovative take on traditional Indian food. It looks and tastes like Indian food you would get at other places,
but there is something extra special about each dish. The Supermosas had juicy chicken inside, the Punjabi Fried Fish (which was my kids' favorite)
was not heavy or greasy at all but light and juicy. Same thing with the Butter Chicken curry. Usually curry makes me feel sickly, but this was light and
soft on my belly. And the Potato Bomba Pao was, well, unlike anything I've tasted before (in a good way).
My only complaint, and it's not really the fault of this place or any of the food kiosks, is that the food court is new, and the wait staff are also all new.
The wait staff work for all of the kiosks and deliver the food directly to your table. The wait staff mixed up some of our orders . Nothing major, but
you may need some patience until the kinks are worked out.
题外话/补充资料:
You can order the food and pay at the food court, but it's more fun to order and pay through the Dockyard app.
