This Italian restaurant is a real deal. It's owned by an Italian guy(this is the the point) but he does try his best to keep his Italian flavour. In order to keep their comparative power to his "well know" opponent -Al dente, they keep their price low. guess it's lucky to us. most of their dishes are between HKD50-130. they have set dinner cost HKD198 per person for 4 courses(i.e soup/salad/main course/dessert) along with tea or coffee.maybe they are brand new open.they even allow you to choose

I went for the set so as to try out everything for my 1st time. soup of the day is onion soup. The soup is thick and nothing like french water-like style at all. I like it a lot. main course : we picked risotto with chicken and mushroom in creamy sauce. my husband picked sole fish in wine sauce. both are fantastic,esp the risotto.I would say that it's the best risotto I have ever had in HK.Based on my dinning experience in Italia from last month, it's very close to the original italian flavour.
ok...my only recommendation to them is about their dessert. The dessert is ok.nothing bad about it...just could do better.
what i like this restaurant better than their opponent is their service.sitting layout is much better too.
all in all, i highly recommend this restaurant to those of you who wants to try out the real Italian flavour at reasonable price.
