We sampled several dishes. It was all innovative in its flavors and presentation. Every dish was delicious with Spanish ingredients, but the highlights were the cocktail selections and they are fantastic to pair with the fare. Albeit the drinks and food are a bit expensive, the quality is really good. I'd say it's the art of food instead of a classical Spanish food.

A nice selection of shrimp complemented by creamy mousses ball, it was out of this world. What a pity that the portion was too small. I couldn't stop to order 3 times of them.

This is my favourite dish!! The beef on top were tender, with a unique flavour and biscuits based. You will never know that how perfect are the combination like this if you haven't tried. Have to say again, the chef is really innovative!

The shredded meat inside was wrapped in white sauce. The spring rolls were thin and crispy served with bolognese. It wad very delicious.

I have tried serval of Paella in here, but this is my favourite one. The taste is just right, the rice is full of flavor.

The taste of this cocktail is fruity and more easy to drink compared with others.
I love the presentation, is just so elegant.
Overall, Elia is a place where I can wholeheartedly recommended for spending a nice evening with friends or just wanna find a fine restaurant to passing time.
