Had first been there at old location about 2 years ago. Service WAS good, servers WERE polite, battered deep fried pork chop WAS tasty.Been to their new location again and found that no good thing last long.First I arrived in person at 6.30pm and requested a table at 7.30pm, the receptionist answered booking was full but I can walk in immediately. I replied it was too early and I want to come back an hour later then he said the table cannot be guaranteed. I asked if I could go in to occupy the t

First I arrived in person at 6.30pm and requested a table at 7.30pm, the receptionist answered booking was full but I can walk in immediately. I replied it was too early and I want to come back an hour later then he said the table cannot be guaranteed. I asked if I could go in to occupy the table for an hour until my wife arrival he said yes but each table allows 1.30 hour for customers. Then conclusion was that I should leave and keep coming back to check if line up if necessary so I can get in exactly at 7.30pm. Otherwise I might have to line up at 7.30pm and wait for another 30mins.
I returned at 7.30pm, restaurant were half empty. Lucky?
About food:
Ordered friend king prawn. Good. Juicy and tasty.
Then there came 2 pork chop rice. Bad, dried and over cooked. It's not an occasion but both me and wife's were the same. I also found that the good old stainless steel mesh on the plate to let the pork chop oil drip is gone. This mesh which stands for detail, sincerity and luxury with significant function, is gone.
Not going to come again for a HKD150 + 10% service charge, where the food and service is unexpectedly bad.
