Non-Chinese servers not wearing mask, food so so.

Non-Chinese servers and cleaners do not wear masks. I asked one of them to put on his mask, he obliged. Then another staff came over, no mask.... Indian cleaner pass by mopping the floor, no mask.... I am fed up with telling each of them to mask on, this should be the job of the restaurant manager, not mine. Food is just so so. I ordered Hainan chicken rice. The chicken got too much fat, rice is a bit too hard and not oily enough for Hainan chicken rice.Won't visit again.
