Noodies Noodles

Heard from a friend that a new noodle shop is opened. Came this afternoon to try out their noodles. They have 3 choices of soup currently, Pork / Tom Yum / Laksa. I have picked the Laksa. The taste is great, the coconut favor is quite rich for the Laksa, the spicy favor is just right, the shop uses their special pork clear soup for the Laksa so the taste of the soup is strong. The look of the noodles are ok, not very fancy but reaonable enough for a HKD 50 bucks noodle. The noodle I had is Pho,

Heard from a friend that a new noodle shop is opened. Came this afternoon to try out their noodles. They have 3 choices of soup currently, Pork / Tom Yum / Laksa. I have picked the Laksa. The taste is great, the coconut favor is quite rich for the Laksa, the spicy favor is just right, the shop uses their special pork clear soup for the Laksa so the taste of the soup is strong. The look of the noodles are ok, not very fancy but reaonable enough for a HKD 50 bucks noodle. The noodle I had is Pho, where the texture is quite smooth, one of the waiter told me they used to use dry pho before nut has now changed to fresh ones which is much nicer and better in quality. The toppings I have beef and soft boil eggs, the beef are quite nice, soft boil eggs a well cooked inside with some egg yolk coming out after one bite. Overall quite a pleasant experience with the noodles I had.
