Okay, so here's how it works. Basically, you order their chicken pot (which actually tastes REALLY NICE, but also spicy), eat all the chicken, then they add soup to the pot and sauce, so you can order extra dishes to eat it like hot pot!The sauce tastes really nice, and its quite cool that you can use it for both the chicken and hot pot. The 水煮鱼 only tastes so-and-so though, the spicy sauce was nice, but the fish didn't really taste fresh. Right after we checked our bill, I noticed a cockroach
