I tried. I really tried. This is one of those super popular branches and I was very intrigued by the vintage design of the cups but as superficial as I am, I did not fall in love with this. I tried the fresh milk bubble tea and everything was waaaaay too sweet. Even for bubble tea standards. And the tapioca is too small and too hard to chew on. I'm the kind to make sure that the tapioca is edible because what's the point of bubble tea without the bubble? The only thing that impressed me positive

The only thing that impressed me positively was that the tapioca was a bit warm and therefore fresh. It was a nice blend of warm bubbles mixing with iced cold fresh milk. I welcomed that.
Does it deserve a second chance? Maybe for other non-bubble tea drinks which to be fair is what I have seen is friends usually order from this place. Maybe I was just unlucky but here I tell it like it is (for me).
