Clear soup base is good and tasty enough, though nothing fanciful. Just enough to warm the stomach on a cold rainy day. The beef slices are thin enough to be cooked in the steaming hot soup upon being served. And the serving is generous enough, though the vermicelli might be too big a portion. likewise for the chicken..Plate of vegetable tasted good when hot, and when you just begin to eat from the top. towards the end, you can see that the bottom half is actually soaked in oil if the purpose

if the purpose of stir-frying it is to make it a lighter choice, then it would be better to cut down on that oil content.

The shrimp rice roll is a little too generous with the vermicelli, with the shrimps being too small and tasteless. I wondered if I was eating vermicelli rice roll or shrimp rice roll (as it was named and priced after)...
