We have always liked the Sunday brunch here and this year was the 3rd time we had a Christmas brunch here but the food was not as good as before. They used to let you order as many main dish as you want but now, you can only order one.The oysters were still good, the seafood was very fresh but the main dish was quite disappointing. The service was not as good as before. I ordered baked oysters but it never came. My husband had to order 3 times before his coffee arrived. The wet tissue that I asked (because you eat the crab legs with your hand so wet tissue is quite important) never came as well.
My friend had a 1 year old kid, there's no nappy changing area for the baby. The toilet has no flat service for us to change the nappy. The hotel may consider providing better facilities.
Hope this was just a one off bad day for the restaurant................
