The food at Ootoya used to be good but not anymore.There used to be branches at Causeway Bay and TST which have closed down.As I was in the area I dined at Ootoya.★☆★☆★☆★☆★☆★☆★☆★☆★☆★Rice with sides:The rice was cold and the tofu had a weird bitter taste to it.Soy sauce was needed to balance out the weird bitter taste of the tofu.★☆★☆★☆★☆★☆★☆★☆★☆★☆★Spoon:The spoon wasn't very clean because it had some dried water stains on it.★☆★☆★☆★☆★☆★☆★☆★☆★☆★◎ⓢⓤⓟⓔⓡⓢⓤⓟⓔⓡⓖⓘⓡⓛ◎The bill: $8XService: OKService char
