we were assigned a table where we could overlook the stage of live performance @ langham. cool! there were quite a variety of choices on the menu. we chose a set dinner for 2, which included 2 tapas + 2 main courses + 2 drinkssquid in an orange-color sauce: the squids , not fresh enough and a bit chewy, were virtually tasteless although they were soaked in the sauce.clams in white wine cream sauce: i can't taste any white wine and the cream sauce was too thick. not my cup of tea. but the clams

meat ball spategetti in spicy tomato sauce:
they used fresh tomatos to make the sauce i guess. the meatballs were succulent adn the pasta was al dente.
salmon with 黑松露酱 and peas:
the salmon was well-done, but i prefer a bit raw. good that it was not too salty. 黑松露酱 got a special flavour. quite good.
they have quite a variety of alochol. actually u can choose red/white/sparkling house wine for the drinks of the set. will definitely give them a try next time.
