Not as good as it claims to be

Bought several the most expensive hairy crabs and asked the shop to cook them for me, but when we got home and consume the crabs, found one of the crabs was dead before it was cooked, the meat was mushy and the yolk was watery, and it costed well over $100 each! Disappointing! (It actually also happened last year, with the not so expensive type of crabs, I thought the most expensive ones would be different, well, not so...)The service is alright.
