👍🏽Foie gras with red wine apple ($198) - the rich flavour of foie gras perfectly matched with the refreshing and sweet red wine apple. You won’t find it heavy.
👍🏽Australian M6 Wagyu Sirloin ($448) - meaty and juicy enough, quite good
😐Duck confit ($328)- too salty and greasy…
😐Spaghetti with lobster sauce ($298) - King prawn is so so only, does not taste fresh and slightly over cooked.
👍🏽Risotto with crab meat ($238) - quite delicious
👍🏽Truffle cheeseball ($108) - tastes a bit like Tiramisu, good to eat with the chocolate crumble
😐Chocolate lava cake with ice cream ($108) - it’s ok but nothing special
One thing to note is although truffle shavings form part of all these dishes, the ingredients are not able to bring out the flavour of the truffle which is a bit disappointing.
Other than this, overall is ok. Service is good.
