Stopped in for a bowl of noodles one evening while walking around this "new" Sai Ying Pun neighborhood.  The restaurant is modern and attractive -- brightly lit and clean.   It is also (like many HK noodle joints) quite small, but at 8:30 pm on a Wednesday was uncrowded.   We sat at the bar and ordered.

The noodles were quite good -- a variety of sizes, shapes and textures are on order.   The soup (advertised as home made) was quite good.....but pretty salty.   The vegetable toppings were fresh and crunchy.   Beverages on offer were almost exclusively (sweet) soft drinks.

For side dishes we had a pork knuckle (quite good) and a Thai minced pork (larb muu).   The pork was not very spicy (which was fine with us) but it was very heavily salted.   We ate the whole thing because of the nice meaty flavor, but then wished we hadn't, just because of the salt factor.

On the whole, this is an average noodle shop, with decidedly average food.   It could be much better -- clearly there's a desire to do things better -- but somebody has to take away that salt shaker.   It makes the food unhealthy and (in the case of the Thai pork) borderline inedible.
