First time trying this place... Well definitely dissapointed from start to finish well not even finish cuz we did not finish our meal... Let's start from the beginning, the chopsticks and spoons are openly left on the table therefore it was very dusty and we had to clean them ourselves. I had ordered a raw beef noodles without any vegetables however it still came with bean sprouts apparently I guess bean sprouts are not vegetables to them. Let's take that out of account, the soup base was quite sweet personally wasn't what I think should taste like but maybe some people like however one thing for sure went wrong is that the soup itself was not hot enough. I believe a good pho needs to help a piping hot soup base especially when they are serving raw beef on top. Since the soup was only warm, the beef were not cooked and was still very raw. After all of this, I didn't want to force myself to eat it therefore I just finished up the beef balls (not bad), paid and then left... Pretty sure I won't be visiting again!

PS. The whole time the AC above us keeps dropping water onto the table next to our noodles...
