Had late lunch there at a around 3pm, restaurant was not busy at all. Asked for 生牛肉粉 and later the waiter gave me a bowl of noodles. I noticed that it was not生牛肉粉and he said it was 牛展粉. I told him it was not what I ordered and he said he would change it. He came back 5 mins later with the SAME bowl of noodles and said it was 生牛肉粉 this time and left straight away.
