Open by Elite Concept with El quim de la Boqueria in Barcelona, but nothing like La Boqueria and even worse!!We sat by the bar and watch supposely the chef in action. We ordered a zucchini tortilla. It was cold!
Then gazpacho, which of course was cold, but nothing special.
Then we had the paella with squid diced and mixed in, but the clams came separately. Again it was COLD!!!
This is the first time in my life that i ate a cold paella. I have been to Valencia, where paella originated from. I had every single different type of paella there.
I am not comparing this restaurant's paella with paella in Valencia, but for the very least, it has to be HOT!
We told the waitress about it, she responded: "oh" and left.
What kind of service is this??!
Anyways, I'll never go back. For the costly price, the cold food and the bad service.... why on earth will i go back?!
