The pork was slow-cooked then shredded, the pulled pork confit was tender and juicy. The curry Potato rosti was pan fried to nice golden crispy on the outside, with a poached egg on top, makes it to an ideal light brunch.

For a good Risotto, the broth is the essence of it. The risotto was infused with tomato and lobster flavour, so rich and creamy in texture but still offered a bit resistance to the teeth. The lobster itself was meaty and firm.

It was a coffee poached pear served on a bed of crushed pistachio and cracker crumbs. The poached pear was fragrant with coffee but not overpowering, the texture was soft but not mushy. To my surprise, when I cut the Pear in half, there's a scoop of ice cream stuffed in there, the ice cream add that surprise element to the texture and sweetness to the pear. It was a real treat for coffee lovers.
