You’re not going to find your basic twist on a Manhattan here, but rather cocktails with ingredients like Parmesan cheese and pine needles. Sounds weird? Maybe, but the team and Quinary know what they’re doing, and have a dedicated clientele and respects it.

An overlooked side note is the food: a large menu of bar snacks that are a cut above the usual, such as duck spring rolls and fried whitebait round out a great dining experience.
