This Japanese chicken wing restaurant is my favourite! I love the flavour and the variety of food they provide. I know that they open this restaurant in Hong Kong but never get a chance to try it out as it is always pack with people. But luckily I walked pass today and there were lots of table available. To start with, a salad is a must! I always loved Japanese salad because the mashed potatoes are delicious! The salad was nicely presented and everything was fresh and crispy. The sauce was so yummy! I really enjoy the sour flavour.
Phantom wings:
This specially marinated chicken wing is a must order items! We ordered ten tonight and they looked the same as the one I had in Japan. The specially marinated chicken wing was spicy with some curry flavour at the same time. But I have to say that the texture of the chicken wing was not good. It was rough and seemed over-cooked.
Fried ramen:
The fried ramen was tasty. The ramen was cooked perfectly and full of vegetable.
Orange and peach juice:
The juice was sweet and refreshing!
Fresh orange shochu soda:
I love having shochu soda in a Japanese restaurant because I get to squeeze the juice out by myself! It was lots of fun! Even though it was bitter at the end. I have to mix it with my friend's juice to finish it off.
