Three of us went on a Wednesday lunchtime. Place wasn't that packed, but recommend having a reservation bf going. We ordered three main dishes (classic) :This is the famous 水煮鱼This one is with eel, and we ordered one similar with chicken. This one is with eel, and we ordered one similar with chicken. (Stirfry with hot chili, green onions, garlic...)The hot chili pepper, oinion, ginger, ... seems to be in very dish we ordered. If you like the challenge, you can bit into some of the chili... Otherwise, they just nicely prefumed the dishes, making them a little spicy, not so much that they ruin the palette, and need dosing ice water into the mouth. (go ahead if you like spicy, you can ask 加辣!)
Overall a pleasant place, and I love the dessert: sweet silky tofu with syrup豆腐花.
N.B. they don't serve regular water, only bottled ; )
