Not worth a second visit!

Dined for dinner on Jan 27; there was only 3 of us (me , son & hubby); we only ordered 1 meal each, and since we had 1 Ok  experience prior to coming back to this restaurant, I was hopeful for another good one. I am disappointed to say the least... my son's simple fried rice came after more than 30 minutes of waiting (by the way the restaurant was not full and had empty tables), my green curry came after 40 minutes (without rice , which we had to order separately), and my husband's Pad Thai cam

Dined for dinner on Jan 27; there was only 3 of us (me , son & hubby); we only ordered 1 meal each, and since we had 1 Ok  experience prior to coming back to this restaurant, I was hopeful for another good one. I am disappointed to say the least... my son's simple fried rice came after more than 30 minutes of waiting (by the way the restaurant was not full and had empty tables), my green curry came after 40 minutes (without rice , which we had to order separately), and my husband's Pad Thai came after 45 minutes (after much asking from the wait staffs). No one bothered to apologize , not even the Manager. I had seen some awards given to this place, but based on this experience, I would say it is undeserved as there are plenty of Thai restaurants around with both better food and service.
题外话/补充资料： I see they have other branches, but based on this experience, I would not bother going to any of its branches as well!!!
