Waited 40mins for 4 cups of iced hazelnut Mochas... we ordered a combo snack and it arrived earlier than the drinks, almost finished the food and still no sight of the drinks. I understand if I ordered bloody cocktails in a crazy busy bar I shud wait for a bit but it’s a freakin cafe... we ordered cold coffees and it shud be quicker than 40mins... a guy staff with glasses was not very nice, very sarcastic attitude and did not really apologize for the wait. Ridiculously slow service with undercooked fried (Korean style) chicken with no Korean flavor whatsoever, Fries were not very generous you can even count the number fries... rigid service, they have mocha on the menu so clearly you have chocolate... so asked if we can order an iced chocolate and was turned down... they had a snack combo asked if we can order a portion of fries and was turned down...
All in all for a Tuen Mun place in the middle of nowhere... slow ass service with can’t be effed attitude...
