Butao is definitely among the best ramen joints in Hong Kong. For me the Red King is always the go to, although am tempted to try the pesto based Green King - but the purist in me always gravitates back to either Original or Red King. For me Ichiran, which is also around the corner, wins for noodle texture but Butao wins in flavor and toppings. Would never go to Ippudo again in comparison to these two joints/
