It was the first time I had dinner in this Michelim one star restaurant.The amouse bouch is really elegant and special with "blossom caviar salmon"!So I was full of expectation for the starter. The prawn was nothing for special but I am really doubted about the hygiene of spring onion placed on the origami. It is very odd!!!Even a bit 'kindergarten' feel!
