I remember this used to be a very good restaurant and we used to like it very much. However....I had a sunday brunch today with my family and best friends to celebrate our birthday. When we arrived, we sat down and the waiters did not serve us anything for 20 minutes with nothing. No Water no bread no menu -1. When we are in the middle of the meal, a waiter from behind threw the whole jar of French Mustard towards our back... OMG! My whole body!!! -1 The manager came to say sorry and did nothing

I had a sunday brunch today with my family and best friends to celebrate our birthday. When we arrived, we sat down and the waiters did not serve us anything for 20 minutes with nothing. No Water no bread no menu -1. When we are in the middle of the meal, a waiter from behind threw the whole jar of French Mustard towards our back... OMG! My whole body!!! -1 The manager came to say sorry and did nothing to compensate...-1. The seafood especially the oysters are not fresh from the raw counter -1. The service from the waiters are zero -1. They gave us the bill when we didn't ask. -1
One good thing is the Lobsters are nice.
The male and female manager in black suits have to be re-educated.
Overall, we paid $368 +10% for each person and we thought the food might worth $200. The rest are hopeless. We would expect a 5 stars service from Langham Hotel but not anymore.
Sorry to say that you are out from my list of fav restaurants.
