Ordered the "Fatty beef small pot". It technically wasn't served in a pot as you can see in the picture. The beef is quite tasty, with slivers of fat along with the meat. Added to the soup were some beancurd skin and salted vegetables. I chose "mi xian" (in chinese) or "mai xin" (in cantonese). It's thick white vermicelli made from rice flour. Unlike the yellow noodles, it doesn't have the ammonia taste of wheat flour.
Cost: HKD 29 fatty beef small pot, HKD 6 for soya bean.
