The appetizer was cooked with a special Asian-cuisine flavour, which is not bad. However, the flavour of the onions is too strong, which covers all the tastes of the salmon.

However, they made a mistake when placing our order. I ordered "lobster angel hair" and my friend ordered a "mixed seafood platter." The kitchen combined our order and gave us a "mixed seafood angel hair." We had to wait for them to cook the correct dishes for us...
~~Environment~~
Quiet and relaxed atmosphere. However, I was a bit uncomfortable with the live music--the female jazz singer sang mandarin oldies... which was a total mismatch with her jazz singing voice and the bar's atmosphere.
~~Overall~~
Food is not impressive but acceptable. It's a good place to sit and chat with friends for hours. Such places are rare in Mongkok!
