I went to Lab Made after I had read about it in Vogue. When we arrived it looked really cool and amazing and I was very excited. The only problem was that they didn't have much choice. I personally don't like tofu, yet out of the 4 choices 2 of them included tofu, and one had a HK custard bun (don't really like that either) so luckily they had a 'strawberry panda' flavour. Honestly, I couldn't really tell the difference between this liquid nitrogen ice cream and normal ice cream. Unfortunately as well they don't post their menus online, so you don't really know what you are going to expect once you arrive, and I didn't realise tha they only had 4 flavours on offer. Try to check reviews before you go to see what types of flavours are there, because I am sure that if the sea salt caramel ice cream that I had read about was there when I went to Lab Made then I would've been much happier!
