Okay sushi, horrible service

I went there with my family and we sat at the sushi counter. The uni is usually pretty good but this time we went it stunk. When we told the boss (Hiro) about it he took a taste and without even looking at us he simply said, "Nothing wrong with it" in Cantonese and continued slicing fish. Mind you, it was maybe our 20th time going there, I'm not saying we're VIPs or anything but I think he recognizes us. I don't think you treat you regular customers like that. Maybe he was having a bad day, but

Maybe he was having a bad day, but trust me there are better places to go for that price. There were 5 of us at the sushi counter and the bill came out to be over $7000 (we had quite a bit of sake). For this price, in this economy, I demand way better service.
