Due to covid-19, we lost all the chance to travel aboard🥺and that’s why I came here to enjoy the omakase with friend. Just in order to feel like as if we were in japan lol 😂 We order a set of omakase and some a la carte that’s the starter of the omakase, including three small dishes. The sirako is creamy, while the seasoning of abalones can be strongerTo be honest, I like the fried shrimp from the a la carte menu more, a nice combination with sake😏Oyster is fresh and creamytheir hot dish is not

Oyster is fresh and creamy
their hot dish is not bad with the fried fish and tofu😗
However the sushi rice can be a bit more sour to make the freshness of fish more stand out, and it’s a bit loose.
Fried engawa, I think the seaweed is not necessary, not crispy and couldn’t add value to the sushi, just making the eating process more messy
Grilled a little bit, but I like it raw more 😂🤣
Acceptable sushi and sashimi quality, no surprise and disappointment.
